LUXE Custom is our most personalized human-hair wig experience. Each wig is made from the beginning around your exact measurements and preferences for color, length, texture, density, hairline, parting and finished style.
Your private appointments take place with Heather Cohen at bLUXE Wigs & Toppers in Medway, Massachusetts. Heather will explain each option and help you understand how it may affect the fit, comfort and finished result.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. Bring your questions, concerns and inspiration. Heather will guide you through each decision at a pace that feels comfortable.

What to Expect From the LUXE Custom Experience
The process is personal, but it does not have to feel overwhelming. Heather guides you through each step, answers your questions and makes sure you understand every decision before moving forward.

Your private consultation
Begin with a private conversation about your hair, daily routine, comfort needs and the look you would like to create. Bring inspiration photos or questions. Heather will help you understand your options and determine if LUXE Custom is right for you.

Measurements and design
Heather takes precise measurements and helps you select the details of your wig, including cap construction, hairline, parting, color, length, texture, density and finished style. You will review your selections before your order moves forward.

Your wig is created
Once you approve the design, your custom human-hair wig is made to your exact specifications.
Heather will confirm the price, expected timeline and order details with you before production begins.

Fitting and finishing
When your wig arrives, you will return to the studio for a private fitting.
Heather will assess the fit, placement, comfort and security, then complete the finishing services included with your order.

Care and follow-up
Heather will show you how to position, secure, style, store and care for your wig at home. Your LUXE Custom experience also includes a follow-up appointment, giving you time to wear your wig and return with questions about fit, styling or care.
