  • LUXE Custom is our most personalized collection of human-hair wigs. Each piece is designed specifically for you, with every detail, including color, length, and texture, selected during your private consultation. Your wig is then made to order based on your selections, creating a truly individual piece.

    LUXE Couture is our premium collection of human-hair wigs, offered in our curated selection of pre-colored shades. Choose your preferred length and texture to personalize your piece. Minor color adjustments may also be available for an additional charge and must be requested during a consultation.   • Yes! We offer hair toppers for clients experiencing thinning or hair loss in specific areas of the scalp. A consultation is not required, but is available should you want one. A consultation does, however, help us determine the appropriate size, coverage, color, density, and attachment method.

  • Yes! We work privately with clients experiencing hair loss related to alopecia, chemotherapy, thyroid conditions, hormonal changes, stress, medication, and other medical concerns.

    You do not need to know what type of wig or topper you need before contacting us. We will guide you through the options in a warm, private setting.

  • Production time varies based on the wig’s construction, customization, and current production schedule. You will receive an estimated timeline before approving your order. Typically, Couture Custom Wigs take about 10 - 12 weeks to create.

  • Changes are not guaranteed once you approve the design and production begins. Some changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and a longer completion time.

  • LUXE Couture Wigs are made specifically for you using your measurements and approved selections. For this reason, they are final sale unless there is a confirmed defect or an error that differs from the approved order.

  • Yes! Available LUXE Couture Wigs can be ordered directly through our website.

    During checkout, you can select your preferred length, texture, density, and cap size.

    If a wig matching your specifications is in stock, it will be available for purchase and shipped out within 48 hours.

    If your preferred combination is not currently available, you can place a customized LUXE Couture order.

    Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks to complete. Each product listing will show the available in-stock options and explain how to request customization.

  • Each LUXE Limited Wig is offered in the color, length, size, density, construction, and style shown in its listing. Because these pieces are available in very limited quantities, the same wig may not be available again after it sells.

  • We make every effort to show each wig accurately in natural and studio lighting. Color may appear slightly different depending on your screen brightness, settings, resolution, and surrounding light.

  • Processing and shipping times vary by collection and availability. Our LUXE Limited Collection ships immediately, as they are one of a kind pieces. FIT, CAPS AND SIZING

  • Use a soft measuring tape and follow our head-measurement guide. Your circumference is the most common starting measurement, but additional measurements may be needed for the best fit.

    What measurements are needed for a custom wig?

    Measurements may include:

    • Circumference

    • Front hairline to nape

    • Ear to ear across the forehead

    • Ear to ear over the top of the head

    • Temple to temple around the back

    • Width of the nape

    We will take or verify the necessary measurements during your LUXE Couture consultation.

  • LUXE Couture Wigs feature fully hand-tied caps for lightweight comfort, natural movement, flexible styling, and a realistic appearance.

    LUXE Essential and LUXE Limited Wigs feature a lace top with a closed-wefted back. This construction provides a natural-looking part with added durability, structure, coverage, and fullness.

    The cap construction, size, and other specifications for each wig will be listed in its product description.

  • Our lace-front wigs use fine, transparent HD lace to create a natural-looking hairline. Because HD lace is delicate, it requires gentle handling and may need maintenance over time.

    Lace color may also be adjusted for some LUXE Couture orders. We will discuss the best option for your skin tone during your consultation.

  • Yes! All of our wigs offer free parting, allowing you to move the part to the center or either side for flexible, natural-looking styling.

    Each product listing will include photos of the inside of the cap so you can see its construction before ordering.

  • Many wigs can be worn in a low ponytail or soft upstyle with careful placement. Hand-tied caps generally provide the most styling flexibility. Closed-wefted caps may require more careful styling to keep the wefts covered.

WEARING AND STYLING

  • Yes. Human-hair wigs can be styled with heat tools.

    Always apply an appropriate heat protectant and use a low to medium temperature. Limit frequent high-heat styling because it can dry the hair and shorten the life of your wig.

  • Yes. Professional cutting and styling can help personalize the wig and make it feel more like your own hair. We offer cutting, styling, fitting, color customization, and wig-wearing instruction as available services.

    Hand-tied caps allow for lightweight wear, natural movement, flexible styling, and greater comfort for some sensitive scalps.

  • Cuts and layers vary by wig. The product description will explain the style of each LUXE Essential and LUXE Limited piece.

    LUXE Couture clients can discuss their preferred cut, length, and layering during their consultation.

  • Your best method will depend on your hair, scalp sensitivity, cap construction, and lifestyle. Options may include:

    • Adjustable straps

    • Interior combs

    • Elastic bands

    • Wig grips

    • Wig-safe adhesives or lace products

    We can show you how to place and secure your wig safely and comfortably.

  • Return hairs are short hairs that can appear near the base of a hand-tied wig. They occur as part of the knotting process and help secure the hair to the cap.

    Return hairs are normal and are not a defect. Gentle styling and the correct products can help smooth them.

WIG CARE

  • We typically recommend washing your wig every 15 to 30 full wears.

    The right schedule depends on how active you are, how often you wear it, and how much styling product you use.

    Overwashing can shorten the life of the hair and lace. We will provide care recommendations for your specific wig.

  • Use cool water with a gentle flow and products recommended for your wig.

    Clean the hair in a downward motion without scrubbing, twisting, or bunching it. Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths through the ends while avoiding the knots and lace. Rinse thoroughly, blot gently with a towel, and allow the wig to air-dry on an appropriate stand.

  • Remove makeup, oil, adhesive, and lace products gently after wear. Use an oil-free remover recommended for lace and lightly tap the area instead of rubbing or scratching it.

    HD lace creates a realistic hairline, but its fine construction requires careful handling.

  • A wig’s lifespan depends on how often it is worn, how it is washed and stored, the amount of heat used, and the delicacy of its lace and cap construction.

    Gentle care, limited heat, proper storage, and professional maintenance can help protect your wig.

  • We do not recommend sleeping in your wig. Friction can cause tangling, matting, shedding, and damage to the lace or cap. Removing and storing your wig properly at night will help preserve it.

  • We do not recommend swimming or showering in your wig. Chlorine, salt water, prolonged moisture, and friction can dry the hair, cause tangling, and damage the cap or lace.

  • Sweat, movement, and frequent cleaning can shorten the life of a wig and affect the lace or adhesive. A separate casual wig, head covering, or other hair-loss option may be more practical for frequent workouts.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND ORDER CONCERNS

  • Eligible wigs may be returned or exchanged only when they meet all requirements in our Return and Exchange Policy.

    A returned wig must remain unworn, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and free from products, odors, makeup, and alterations. The lace cannot be cut, tinted, glued, taped, or altered. All original packaging and included materials must also be returned.

    Please review the complete policy before trying on or altering your wig.

  • A new wig can take time to position and style, especially if you have never worn one before. Small adjustments to the placement, part, straps, and styling can make a meaningful difference.

    Contact us before cutting the lace, applying products, or altering the wig. Once a wig has been worn or changed, it may no longer qualify for a return.

  • Contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. Do not wear, wash, cut, style, or alter the wig.

    Once we review the concern, we will provide the appropriate next steps according to our order and return policies.

  • Check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and your building or property office. Then contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to open an investigation.

    If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and the carrier’s case number so we can assist where possible.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION

  • We do not guarantee or determine insurance coverage. Coverage for a wig or cranial prosthesis depends on your insurance company and individual plan.

    We may be able to provide a detailed receipt or applicable documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider. Contact your insurer before ordering to learn about its requirements and reimbursement process.

  • Some clients may be able to use FSA or HSA funds for a wig purchased for a qualifying medical reason. Your plan may require a prescription or letter of medical necessity.

    Eligibility varies. Contact your plan administrator before purchasing to confirm what documentation and payment methods it accepts.

  • A cranial prosthesis is a medical term sometimes used by insurance providers for a wig prescribed due to medical hair loss.

    If your insurer provides coverage, it may require a prescription or letter of medical necessity that uses this term.

  • You do not need a prescription to purchase a wig from us. You may need one if you plan to request reimbursement through insurance or use certain FSA or HSA benefits.
