Heather’s Story
Heather Cohen knows how deeply hair loss can affect the way you feel because she has lived through it herself.
When her own medical hair loss began, she found herself facing the same questions, uncertainty, and emotions that many of her clients bring through the door today.
That experience led Heather to wigs, but it also showed her how difficult it can be to find a solution that feels natural, comfortable, and truly like you. She began learning everything she could about wigs, toppers, fit, density, color, and customization. What started as a personal need became a way to help others feel less alone.
